Super tasty and high quality food. The price-performance ratio fits. The pick-up and delivery service also works wonderfully. So far we have always had very good quality! Please continue.
Very friendly and competent service, the food is excellent, you can tell that everything is freshly prepared, very good meat quality. Nicely furnished, harmonious and tasteful, great atmosphere. Can hardly understand the negative reviews here. One of my favorite restaurants in Jena!
Very, very tasty, .. friendly staff and very nice ambience. Map very clear and not overloaded, price / performance very attractive! We would like to come again!
Top service, very tasty. Unfortunately hardly any hygiene measures at the moment.
Very, very tasty. I had Adana Kebab and I liked it very much. My better half had rack of lamb and she liked it too. Conclusion, highly recommended 👍👍👍
Super yummy the shop! If you are looking for real Anatolian specialties, this is the right address. Nice staff-just great!
- Very tasty and juicy meat. - Tried Lamb chops and adana kebab and both were very well made. The always come starter with fresh breads and tasty sauce. - If you are looking for proper turkish food with nice seating then this is the place. - Asked the waiter and he said all meat is Bio and Halal.
The starter platter is awful and not worth the money. 1/4 of the price would be more justified. The kavurma tasted acceptable but then it was there. Don't expect too much.
Long waiting times for the food, even though the place was only half full. No dishes for children. Neighboring tables got their food sooner. A side dish to the main course was also forgotten. The second star is only given for the friendly service.
Super friendly staff. The food was delicious and looked freshly prepared. There was a small starter for free and a tea at the end, also free. Will eat there again at any time when I'm in Jena.
Really good level of food. Price-performance ratio is also right. Is also authentic. Keep it up!
Inviting restaurant with Anatolian dishes (note: there are no kebab dishes!). There was a delicious flatbread and two kinds of homemade dips for free beforehand. The menu was very attractively designed and everything made a neat impression. The staff was friendly and the food was of top quality and the taste was good. However, the portion sizes were small compared to similar restaurants and therefore the price-performance ratio was not entirely consistent with the quantities of food. On the other hand, great with homemade Ayran for € 1.50 per 0.2l (traditionally served in a metal cup). There was also a large outdoor area in the pedestrian zone directly in front of the restaurant and in the opposite side street with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere.
Very tasty food, good selection, nice service in a good atmosphere! Only the portions could be a bit bigger, they are not cheap either.
The prices here are higher than I’d expect for the area, but it would have been worth it to try something different if it hand the been for two key drawbacks: 1) the servers varied wildly in their attitude and aptitude (one laughed at me for asking a question about something on the menu, for example), and 2) my dish had absolutely no flavor. There wasn’t salt on the table, so I ate completely unsliced bread with egg and spinach. Was like visiting my grandma’s house...the one who never learned to cook. I’m giving this 3 stars because my friends all mostly enjoyed their dishes.
Only the previous speaker can agree. The soup we ordered had no salt or other condiments. I also ordered the Güvec, which came to the table half warm and half cold. Only the same can be added to the rice. As a good ending, the Turkish mocha, which you normally cannot prepare incorrectly as a Turkish restaurant, was fatal here. I ordered it sweet, it came whole with the Turkish pot, it was added that you can add sugar if you see need. Well, good flop, after corona you should understand that customer feedback is gold.
What can you say? Incredibly tasty, really good dishes. We will definitely eat here again!
A very baby friendly and cozy place. We felt very comfortable, my 8-month-old son had a nice meal and thought it was just as tasty as we big ones.
If you reduce Turkish dishes to kebab, you will be whisked away into the diverse taste nuances of different Anatolian dishes and the wide-ranging creativity of this cuisine will be served in an enchanting way, with a lot of friendliness.
Unfortunately it wasn't like that. Eating nothing special, actually didn't taste like anything and there was no seasoning everywhere, the Ayran was a disaster. Service was friendly and hard-working, food and drinks came quickly, decor is also very stylish. Still very disappointing food
A very nice ambience and good food. The service was top notch. We loved it
Booked a table a week in advance. When we were there we were told very unfriendly that we had not reserved a table. After some back and forth we were allowed to stay. To make matters worse, we got a wrong meal. Actually a shame, because the food was very good
Great service, fresh and delicious food. The restaurant is oriental and very comfortably furnished. There is nothing to complain about and we really enjoyed it!
Nice friendly staff und always very delicious food 👍👍
Great Turkish-Middle Eastern-Balkan food! Food: Food was really high quality, not "Germanized" like happens here often. Fresh and well prepared meat, generous portions (we were a couple and ordered the mixed openers and mixed meat dish for 2) House red wine was great. Service: Fast and friendly (even though it was a busy night). Don't speak English, but it was ok. We made the reservation online, contacting by email and facebook (no need to call and speak German) I know some people might worry about this so: - very clean place :) - Music not loud Full meal for 2 (starter, main, dessert and wine) cost us ~60€. Definately recommend!
Fine turkish food, decent place, helpful waiters...
Delicious Turkish food.
Very delicious food! Friendly hosts! Feel like home!
Food tasty. Waiter friendly but numbers are their enemy.
Very good. The Best Lambchops ever!! And the service is on the top.
Ok
Must visit place in Jena:) delicious :)
Wonderful food and fine decoration / ambience
Very good service and food.
Really enjoyed my dinner here, mixed grill was yummy
Beautiful interior design, good foods and warm staff. Pricea are not too low. But if you try to Turkish cusine (not only döner kebab), you can trt there. Try içli köfte, soup, bamya.
This place is great! We (a small group of 3) went there for dinner on a Sunday and there was a short wait due to the number of people. We each had something different and were extremely satisfied with our meals. From houmous and babaganoush to a flat bread salad for starts and then something off the grill, the quality was very good and the food was prepared to perfection. We will definitely be returning
Super tasty Food. Fast order and serving. Friendly staff.
Sher gut
The best Turkish restaurant in town. In summer you can set out side and enjoy a cold Raki 💌
Very cute little restaurant tucked away on an even cuter street. A well put together menu; all the meat dishes we tried (chicken and lamb) were cooked perfectly. Much more reasonable in terms of price compared to other restaurants in Jena. Do not miss the muttebe !
The best restaurant in Jena!
A cozy space, good food and fantastic service
Location: it's in the city centre and quite easy to find. . Just down from.tne Dom Table: it's really advised to book a table. Drinks: the wine bottle is more economical to order than a single glass. The wine was good and nothing special I would say. Food: thhey serve complimentary bread with baba ghanoush and a tomato spread. It's really tasty. The appetisers are really filling actually especially the falafel with hummus. The pide bread dishes are also nice but kinda like pizza.but the taste is nice. Service: is really nice and kind. The staff is very understanding and friendly Definitely recommended for multiple visits
Best turkish place in DE
The best lamb meat I've ever try. And do not forget about the tasty breakfast 😍 mmmm...I'm loving it
